你一定聽說過它的名字

you must have heard of its name.

第一次跟它相遇我還是年輕人

Iwas still young when Ifirst met it.

程陽永濟橋

Chengyang Yongji Bridge,

又名程陽風雨橋

also known as Chengyang Wind and Rain Bridge,

坐落在廣西柳州市三江侗族自治縣程陽八寨林溪河上

is located on the Linxi River in Chengyang Eight VillagesScenic Area,Sanjiang Dong Autonomous County, Liuzhou City, Guangxi,

建成至今已有百年歷史

with a history of over a century.

從建橋到護橋，

From its construction to preservation,

國家級非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)項目侗族木構(gòu)營造技藝

five generations of Yang Siyu’s family,

代表性傳承人楊似玉一家五代人與這座橋結(jié)下不解之緣

who are representative inheritors of the national intangible cultural heritage of Dong wooden construction techniques, have formed an indissoluble bond with this bridge.

1983年的夏天

In the summer of 1983,

一場突如其來的洪水

a sudden flood

把已建成60年的程陽風雨橋沖毀大半

washed away most of the Chengyang Wind and Rain Bridge, which had been built for 60 years then.

侗鄉(xiāng)木匠們挺身而出參與搶救

Local carpentersof the Dong ethnic group stepped forward torestorethe bridge,

其中就有楊似玉和他的父親

including Yang Siyu and his father.

(侗語）我父親（楊善仁））憑著他的經(jīng)驗

Based on his experience

和橋上保存下來的墨師文

and the ink inscriptions preserved onthe bridge,

帶著我和其他師傅

my father, along with me and other carpenters,

連續(xù)工作二十個月

workedcontinuously for 20 months

用了九千九百多根木頭終于讓這座風雨橋重新恢復原貌

and finally restored the bridge to its original appearanceby using more than 9,900 pieces of wood.

程陽風雨橋從建橋到落成花了十二年

The Chengyang Wind and Rain Bridge took 12 years to build.

爺爺楊唐富是橋的修建者之一

Yang Siyu’s grandfather, Yang Tangfu, was one of its builders.

時間回到1937年 程陽風雨橋也遭受了洪水的襲擊

Back in 1937, the bridge was also hit by a flood.

楊似玉的爸爸和其他家族成員同樣加入到修繕橋體的工作中

Yang Siyu’s father and other family members joined the effort to restore the bridge.

那些年他們吃住在工地

During those years, they lived and worked on the construction site.

祖祖輩輩都為這座橋注入了心血

For generations, the Yang family has pouredtheir heart and soul into this bridge..

爺爺常說

My grandfather often said that

建橋是利在千秋的事

buildingbridgescan benefit future generations.

他的話影響了家族的五代人

His words have influenced five generations of myfamily.

經(jīng)過1983年那次的“重生”

After the “rebirth” in 1983,

程陽風雨橋又恢復了往日的風采

Chengyang Wind and Rain Bridgeregained its former glory,

吸引了來自四面八方的游客。

attracting tourists from across China and beyond.

就在那時

Just around that time,

楊似玉的兒子降生

Yang Siyu’s son was born,

鄉(xiāng)親們?yōu)樗�取名為賓旅（后改名彬旅）

and named “Binlyu” by local villagers,

寓意他是這座橋迎來的又一位尊貴賓客

implying thatthe boy was another distinguished guestwelcomed to the bridge.

作為一名“80后”

Born in the 1980s,

除了家傳絕學

in addition to the carpentry techniques inherited from his family,

楊彬旅學習了建筑設計知識

Yang Binlyu has also studied architectural design

并嘗試把CAD制圖3D效果圖制作等

and tried to incorporate CAD drawings and3D renderings

引入古老的“無圖紙”木構(gòu)營造技藝

into ancient wooden construction techniques without drawings.

(侗語）50多年來我與木材相伴

For more than 50 years,I have worked with wood,

帶領(lǐng)兒子在全國各地建造了上百座風雨橋

leading my son in building over a hundred wind and rain bridges,

吊腳樓鼓樓和涼亭

stilt houses, drum towers, and pavilions across the country.

每當一項工程結(jié)束后

Whenevera project wascompleted,

老爸總是會在風雨橋（程陽）上走一走

my dad would take a walk on theChengyang Wind and RainBridge,

像是和一位老友在分享著自己的喜悅與成就

as if he was sharing his joy and achievements with an old friend.

如今

This year,

程陽風雨橋已建成100年

the Chengyang Wind and Rain Bridgeis celebrating its centennial.

為了讓更多的人了解和傳承這份寶貴的文化遺產(chǎn)

In order to allowmore people to knowand pass on this valuable cultural heritage,

楊似玉將自家改成了侗族民俗工藝館并免費對外開放

Yang Siyuconverted his houseinto amuseum of Dong ethnic folk craftsand opened itto the public for free.

展示侗族木構(gòu)建筑工藝品

The museumexhibits the craftworks of the Dong wooden buildings.

還教授孫女學習這門珍貴的手藝

He also taught his granddaughter this valuable craft.

這座橋不僅連接了兩岸

This bridge connectsnot only the two sides of the river,

也連接了過去與未來

but also the past andthe future,

成為了一個世紀以來五代人共同的記憶和驕傲
